Physics Tutorial Designer

Virtual Nerd, LLC is looking for subject-matter experts in high school first year Physics to design short step-by-step tutorials covering key topics and typical homework problems. Work wherever and whenever you want (as long as you meet our deadlines), and get paid according to your output (up to $80 per hour).

About You

Without a doubt you are:

  • Knowledgeable about high school Physics.
  • Proficient at using simple language and diagrams to explain complex ideas.
  • Able to identify related Physics problems and distill them into their key conceptual components.
  • Available for at least 8 hours of work per week, starting ASAP.

Ideally, you also:

  • Have experience teaching and/or tutoring math and/or science at the high school level.

And it would be phenomenal if you:

  • Are comfortable using Powerpoint to arrange text and diagrams.
  • Have experience designing curriculum or lesson plans.
