Technical Requirements

Wondering about the hardware, software and Internet connection required to use Virtual Nerd? If your computer can play videos on YouTube, you probably already have everything you need.

The minimum requirements to use Virtual Nerd are:

High speed Internet access and the ability to access the virtualnerd.com website
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or above OR Mozilla Firefox 3 or above OR Apple Safari 2 or above OR Google Chrome 2 or above
Flash Player 9 or above
A computer capable of playing streaming video from the Internet (e.g., YouTube)
Screen/display resolution of 1024x768 pixels

For best results:

IE8 works much better than IE7, and IE9 is even better. For what it's worth, The most popular browser in our office is Google Chrome.
Update your Flash Player to version 10 or above
Increase your resolution to 1280x1024 or above (standard format) OR 1440x900 or above (wide-screen format)
